Paul is a 135lb Kickboxing Champ and Personal Trainer. Originally from San Diego, CA, Paul moved to OR and after a few years started Training in Kickboxing, Boxing, and Strength/Conditioning.

Coach Julianne uses her skills and boxing experience to create a fun, energetic and open class experience for her students! Growing up around boxers and gyms, Julianne joined PCB in 2017, and has been teaching classes to an ever-growing following of students since 2018. A registered USA Boxing amateur and winner of the co-main event at the 2019 Idaho Falls Rumble in the Jungle, she is able to combine her own personal transformation and love of fitness with solid technical skills to help her clients be their best!
Coach Chris is a great boxing coach and motivator! He listens to your individual health/fitness needs and makes sure to cater your workout to align with those goals even in group classes. Chris focuses on fundamental basics to make sure you have a great foundation and then helps push you to be at your best by gradually adding in complex drills to improve technique.
Janie is a certified kickboxing coach with over six years of experience. She is passionate about working out and loves the full-body element that kicking adds to the boxing experience. She is an enthusiastic teacher and especially enjoys encouraging and supporting others in reaching their fitness goals.
