Utilize basic kickboxing techniques for a high intensity workout. This dynamic workout improves striking and kicking. Start with stretching and warm-ups, basic kickboxing drills, heavy bag drills, and cool down. For all levels of experience. No contact.

Improve your strength and conditioning in 45 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio exercises. Start with stretching and warm-ups. Hit the stairs or do additional  cardio work, then finish with  form and exercise techniques. Partnering may be required for me exercises.

Designed for those who are not competing but want to spar lightly. Improve boxing fundamentals, techniques and footwork. Partnering is usually required to perform boxing drills. Start with stretching and warm-ups, heavy bag drills, and partner drills. Medium to high intensity. Mouth-piece may be required.

Youth Boxing Class

Youth Boxing Class

Youth Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. It increases strength and improves endurance. Youth Boxing class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises.
