She is an enthusiastic teacher and especially enjoys encouraging and supporting others in reaching their fitness goals.

Coach Scott is an outstanding & highly motivational boxing coach. He has the ability to work with fighters that vary in style, size, age and experience. Including the ability to analyze your strengths and weaknesses to then plan a training strategy to augment your strengths and develop, improve upon and eventually eradicate your weaknesses.
    Coach Chris is a great boxing coach and motivator! He listens to your individual health/fitness needs and makes sure to cater your workout to align with those goals even in group classes. Chris focuses on fundamental basics to make sure you have a great foundation and then helps push you to be at your best by gradually adding in complex drills to improve technique.
      Mike is a USA Boxing certified coach and comes to PCB with over 22 years of  combined amateur/professional boxing and coaching experience, and a passion for training clients in boxing, strength conditioning, weight-loss, and overall fitness.
