Growing up in Los Angeles, I learned early the value of resilience, determination, and fighting for what matters. While women have historically been underrepresented in boxing, every woman who steps into the ring has a story, a purpose, and the strength to persevere.
After studying the arts in college, I shifted my focus toward serving others and became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Working with the elderly, individuals with special needs, and newborns gave me a deep appreciation for helping people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
In 2021, I discovered boxing, and it quickly became more than just a sport—it became a transformative part of my life. Boxing taught me confidence, discipline, and how to push beyond my limits. Today, my passion is helping others discover that same strength, both inside and outside the ring.
Throughout my coaching journey, I’ve had the privilege of training individuals of all ages and experience levels, including children, seniors, national champions, and professional world champions. I am especially passionate about giving back to those recovering from addiction and empowering women to build confidence, resilience, and self-belief through boxing.
I hold certifications in boxing, yoga, and breathwork, and I continue expanding my knowledge in mobility and strength training. My goal is to create a supportive environment where every athlete—regardless of age, background, or fitness level—can build confidence, improve their skills, and become the strongest version of themselves.
