Utilize basic boxing techniques and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a tough but rewarding workout. Start with stretching and warm-ups, basic boxing workouts, heavy bag drills, and cool down. Partnering may be required to utilize equipment. For all levels of experience. No contact.
