Joshua Polk is a NASM certified personal trainer and a registered USA Boxing amateur in the Masters division. Due to his own personal journey with fitness and weight loss, Joshua has a unique, firsthand understanding of the challenges of losing weight and what it takes to get – and stay – fit. Joshua uses his experience, knowledge and passion for boxing and fitness to help his clients reach their goals. His specialties are weight loss, nutrition, strength and conditioning, boxing, functional fitness, obstacle course racing, and circuit training. Join Josh for a challenging but fun,  interactive high-intensity conditioning class on Thursdays at 10 am and reach your peak potential!

When he’s not at the gym, Joshua is busy being a proud father to his one-year old son, William and running obstacle courses with his wife Shannon.

Eddy's extensive experience as an amateur fighter translates into an engaging, skills-focused class that puts his students through the paces of a complete boxing workout. Eddy has been a part of the PCB amateur team since 2016, and  began teaching in early 2019. His classes were an immediate success due to his own passion for the sport, and desire to share his well-earned knowledge with his students!
    Born and raised in Roseburg, Oregon. Aaron has called Portland his home since 2004. He is also a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Aaron has worked in the fitness industry since 2010 and is dedicated to help others reach their fitness goals. He is also a member of PCB’s Amateur Boxing team.
      Anthony Castro started boxing at the age of 13 in South Los Angeles where he was born and raised. He started competing at 16 when he moved to Oregon and trained at West Portland Boxing for many years. Anthony loves to train anyone willing to learn the art of boxing. Whether it’s for fitness or competition, Anthony trains his students to forge their bodies and minds like a fighter.
