Joshua Polk is a NASM certified personal trainer and a registered USA Boxing amateur in the Masters division. Due to his own personal journey with fitness and weight loss, Joshua has a unique, firsthand understanding of the challenges of losing weight and what it takes to get – and stay – fit. Joshua uses his experience, knowledge and passion for boxing and fitness to help his clients reach their goals. His specialties are weight loss, nutrition, strength and conditioning, boxing, functional fitness, obstacle course racing, and circuit training. Join Josh for a challenging but fun,  interactive high-intensity conditioning class on Thursdays at 10 am and reach your peak potential!

When he’s not at the gym, Joshua is busy being a proud father to his one-year old son, William and running obstacle courses with his wife Shannon.

Chris Immonen is a born and raised Oregonian who has trained in the art of boxing since age 18. He has been teaching at Portland City Boxing since 2018. In addition to being a passionate boxer and USA Boxing amateur,  Chris played collegiate baseball and is a certified EMT. He is currently pursuing his BSN degree and plans to work in a level 1 trauma center as an Emergency/Trauma Nurse. Chris uses his past athletic experience, medical training and understanding of the human body to push his clients be the strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of themselves.  Check out the class schedule, and come take  one of Chris'  boxing class, and see for yourself how he brings out the best in each of his students!
    Mike is a USA Boxing certified coach and comes to PCB with over 22 years of  combined amateur/professional boxing and coaching experience, and a passion for training clients in boxing, strength conditioning, weight-loss, and overall fitness. Come meet Mike and find out more about his experience and coaching methods, or take his class  every Wednesday night at 7:30 and get a workout you won't forget!
      Collin Jeppe is from the Maui, Hawaii where he began boxing at the age of 18. He has also practiced MMA for five years before moving to Portland, Oregon. He then focused his training on boxing where he joined West Portland Boxing and competed as an amateur. He has taught and coached at several boxing and MMA gyms. He teaches incredible boxing classes that also encompass fundamentals for those who want to get a good sweat on but learn the art of boxing.
