Anthony Castro started boxing at the age of 13 in South Los Angeles where he was born and raised. He started competing at 16 when he moved to Oregon and trained at West Portland Boxing for many years. Anthony loves to train anyone willing to learn the art of boxing. Whether it’s for fitness or competition, Anthony trains his students to forge their bodies and minds like a fighter.

Bryce Johnston began martial arts and kickboxing in Pennsylvania at the age of 13. He served in the Army as a Psyop specialist under JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) working closely with other units including teams from the 1st Special Forces Group. After leaving the service, Bryce moved to Miami, Florida where he began training and competing in the South Florida Amateur Boxing circuit. Still training as an amateur boxer in Portland, Oregon, Bryce instructs high-pace and well-rounded workouts that mix his years of experience in combat sports with the organization and pace of the military.     Mike is a USA Boxing certified coach and comes to PCB with over 22 years of  combined amateur/professional boxing and coaching experience, and a passion for training clients in boxing, strength conditioning, weight-loss, and overall fitness. Come meet Mike and find out more about his experience and coaching methods, or take his class  every Wednesday night at 7:30 and get a workout you won't forget!
      Mike Mcmillan is from Hagerstown Maryland. After pursuing a degree in sports management and playing college football for Ashland University, Michael played professionally in the Arena Football League for the Spokane Shock and Portland Steel. Michael has trained several years in boxing and has competed at the amateur level through USA Boxing. His goal is to be one of the top amateur boxers and uses his experience alongside elite athletes to motivate and train others to reach their full potential in health and fitness.
