This comprehensive, 5-week program includes: One on one training and guidance from your own Nutrition/Behavior Coach, Strength/Conditioning coach ,  and Boxing Coach

Requirements  Рcommit to a minimum of  2 classes a week, plus 2 personal coaching sessions per week.

The Details: 5 weeks. Starting  anytime after August 5th

Cost:  $695.00 for 11 hours of Personal Training, plus an online support portal with activity and nutrition logging, coach tips and access to your online portal after the competition to continue to track your progress.

Weekly plan:

Session 1-1:  Measurements, Nutrition Consult, Conditioning Assessment, Goal Setting (1.5 hours)

Session 1-2: ¬†Strength Conditioning ‚Äď Proper Form, develop your workout plan (1 hour)

Week of August 12

Session 2-1: Nutrition/Conditioning (1 hour)

Session 2-2: Boxing (1 hour)

Week of August 19

Session 3-1: Nutrition/Conditioning (1 hour)

Session 3-2: Boxing (1 hour)

Week of August 26

Session 4-1: Nutrition/Conditioning (1 hour)

Session 4-2: Boxing (1 hour)

Week of Sept 2:

Session 5-1: Nutrition/Conditioning (1 hour)

Session 5-2:  Boxing, Final Measurements, Next steps, Q/A (1.5 hours)
